A small group of our cycling well-being pupils were fortunate enough to be treated to an unexpected test ride on one of Halo Leisure's Ice Bikes,  a recumbent bike designed to allow people with a disability or someone who is recovering from injury to exercise their leg and glute muscles with less strain.
