Hereford City Boxing Club

The boys met Liam O'Hare a professional boxer who represents Hereford. Liam is the current Midland Super Middleweight Champion.

Liam spent today supporting the head coach teaching the boys a basic stance & boxing skill.

All students took the opportunity to put their newfound skills into practice & had a great time training with Liam in the ring.
