Welcome to Class 9H.

We returned after the holidays to a newly decorated and re-arranged room. It’s unrecognisable! Feel free to book a visit.

This term Class 9H are studying the short story The Giant’s Necklace before moving on to War Poetry in the second half of the term.

In Science we are looking at Evolution and Inheritance. There has been much attempted tongue rolling as we try to identify inherited traits. We have also been learning about how certain animals and plants have adapted to their environments.

Class 9H have been looking at mapping skills in Humanities. By the end of the topic we should be able to successfully use our mapping skills to plan a local route, identifying key features as we go.

This term our Art work is inspired by our different topics. We started the term with a tribute to the Queen inspired by Andy Warhol. We were really pleased by our results and have put it on display.
